This is an institutional/private-school project with no commercial development component, so it is unlikely to be relevant to a commercial developer except as context on activity near the Sojourn Drive/Addison Road corner. Staff found the request meets all applicable regulations except for the western-boundary landscape buffer tree spacing, and the P&Z Commission recommended approval.
