Texas Lehigh Cement Co. seeks approval to expand its existing concrete production facility at 400 US Hwy 377 by installing equipment reaching 150 feet in height, including bucket elevators and conveyor systems. The underlying zoning must be amended from Business Park (BP) to Business Park–Specific Use Permit (BP-SUP) District to accommodate the height increase beyond the standard 40-foot maximum. Staff recommends approval, finding the expansion consistent with existing industrial uses in the area with no negative impact.
