This is a citywide text amendment to Cleburne's zoning code (Chapter 155) that would add a new "Game Room" definition (Section 155.16) and amend the Use Chart (Section 155.3.03) to prohibit game rooms in all zoning districts. Developers or investors considering game room / arcade-style uses anywhere in Cleburne should note this would eliminate that use entirely. It does not affect a specific parcel and has no impact on other commercial or industrial uses.
