The change reduces city approval time by approximately 2 months while maintaining Section 4.1.4 alcoholic beverage requirements. New tenants and operators will still need to submit required documents and obtain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission approval, and any additional tenant spaces will still require City Council approval of a CUP.
