GC-41354 — Sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premise consumption in conjunction with restaurants in Cedar Hill, TX

This is an amendment to the Hillside Village Planned Development (PD Ordinance No. 2005-226) to streamline alcoholic beverage approvals for restaurants by removing the requirement for Conditional Use Permits (CUPs) for second-generation and later establishments in tenant spaces with previously approved CUPs. The change reduces city approval time by approximately 2 months while maintaining Section 4.1.4 alcoholic beverage requirements. New tenants and operators will still need to submit required documents and obtain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission approval, and any additional tenant spaces will still require City Council approval of a CUP.
